Ideal candidates have 4+ years in aircraft maintenance, FAA A&P certification or enrollment, and a strong ability to read technical manuals and work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• FAA A&P certificate or enrollment preferred.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and service aircraft per FAA regs and shop programs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret manuals, service bulletins, and logs.
• Remove and reinstall components; verify performance with diagnostic tools.
• Document maintenance work accurately and safely.
