Job summary

PCI Federal (PCIF) seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Analyst to collaborate with engineers on solution development, draft technical instructions, and assemble data for reliability and maintainability of rotary wing aircraft.

The role requires 4+ years in reliability/maintainability, a DoD Secret clearance, and strong organizational skills. This is an on-site, full-time position in Warner Robins, GA with a $70k–$87k annual salary.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in reliability and maintainability support.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with aviation portfolio acquisition systems.
• Knowledge of aviation operations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance data trend analysis and FMEA updates.
• Isolate and analyze system deficiencies and propose solutions.
• Research aircraft systems, malfunctions, and modifications.
• Coordinate procurement of components no longer logistically supported.
• Submit change documentation and prepare technical reports.
• Evaluate customer reports to determine failure modes and solutions.
• Lead small teams on aircraft systems development.
