Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is seeking an Aircraft Records Clerk IV to manage and optimize the organization’s records system. This senior role handles complex documentation, ensures regulatory compliance, and oversees training for the records team.

The ISR, Aviation & Security business area is a leader in aviation systems integration, providing end-to-end C4ISR capabilities and complete logistics support. This position supports multiple SNC sites and may require travel.

• Able to travel outside the continental US.

As an Aircraft Records Clerk IV, you will manage and optimize the entire records management system for the organization. This senior role involves handling complex documentation issues, ensuring top-tier compliance, and overseeing the training and development of the records management team. This position can be at ANY SNC job site.

• - Knowledge of time compliance items, airworthiness directives, and service bulletins.
• - Ability to frequently travel outside the continental US, typically for extended periods of time.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, or a related field.
• - Strong project management skills.
• - Extensive experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
• - Data entry/clerical experience.
• - Capability to train personnel.
• - Competence to effectively fill in for the records lead in lieu of absence
• - Aircraft records database/aircraft maintenance tracking software experience.
• - Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense, or US Military.
• - Ability to type 35 WPM.
• - Familiarity with rotable and non-rotable aircraft parts certificates.

Essential Functions:

• - Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly.
• - Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods.
• - Majority of work performed on a computer.
• - Hand/finger dexterity is required.
• - Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
• - Ability to travel may be required.
