Job summary

ARA’s Engineering Science Division at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL, seeks a staff project manager to lead a diverse set of RDT&E projects spanning structures, pavements, materials, and geotechnical engineering. You will manage budgets, schedules, quality, and scope while ensuring deliverables comply with contract requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or applied science in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting technical projects.
• Experience in preparing formal reports and presentations.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Must possess an active DoD Security Clearance or be able to obtain one.
• Technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Use analytical, scientific, and engineering methods to execute RDT&E.
• Supervise project staff.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Provide updates to senior management and clients.
• Prepare formal reports and presentations.
