Job summary

Battelle is seeking a Client Program Analyst to join our Panama City, FL team. The role focuses on PPBE activities for AFCEC contracts, supporting a program manager leading robotic and autonomous systems initiatives at Tyndall AFB.

You will help develop project documentation, manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, and coordinate across departments to ensure compliance with government regulations. A strong emphasis is on organization, teamwork, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in project management or related field.
• 2+ years of management experience or equivalent in technical programs.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain/maintain Secret level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing program documentation (briefings, SOWs, specifications).
• Support logistics and coordination for projects ensuring client procedures and regulations.
• Define program plans including cost and schedule.
• Contribute to reports, briefings, and justifications.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and procurements across multiple projects.
• Monitor procurement against budgets and offer alternatives.
