Dassault Falcon Jet in Melbourne, Florida, seeks a Quality Control Inspector to inspect aircraft maintenance and alterations for quality and airworthiness, and to support customers with technical guidance.

The role requires 5+ years of aviation maintenance experience, an A&P certificate, and strong communication skills; you may travel to client sites and perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and on-site tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance and alteration of turbo fan powered business aircraft.
• Thoroughly familiar with applicable regulations, the RSM/QCM and proficient in inspection methods and tools.
• Able to work unsupervised for extended periods.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Repair Station Training; Airframe Initial Training; Engine Training; Avionics Systems Training; RVSM Training; FAR 91.411/91.413 Training; Human Factors Training.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for Quality Assurance for quality and airworthiness and may report to Maintenance Supervision for the assignment of aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Using technical data acceptable to and/or approved by the FAA, provides inspection and approval for return to service with respect to work performed.
• Adheres to general work and safety requirements.
• May travel to locations other than the Repair Station’s fixed location to support customer aircraft.
• May inspect, adjust and repair, replace components and correct any malfunction or deficiency with and without power applied to the aircraft.
• Documents, records, and signs for work performed and/or inspected per RSM/QCM.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervision.
