Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking a full-time Quality Control Inspector in Reno, NV to ensure quality and airworthiness of aircraft maintenance and alterations at the FAA-certificated Repair Station. The role includes approving return to service and may involve travel to support customer aircraft.

Responsibilities include inspections, task approvals, documentation, and collaboration with crews under RSM/QCM and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Mechanics certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance/alterations of turbo fan powered business aircraft.
• Trained in or experienced with the methods, techniques, practices, aids and tools used for aircraft maintenance and alterations.
• Familiar with applicable regulations, RSM/QCM and inspection methods.
• Able to work unsupervised for extended periods.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Team player with Dassault Falcon Jet core values and attributes.
• RVSM Training; FAR 91.411/91.413 Training; Human Factors Training.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of aircraft maintenance for quality and airworthiness.
• Provide approval for return to service for work performed.
• May travel to locations other than Reno to support customer aircraft.
• Inspect, adjust, repair, and replace components as needed, with or without power applied.
• Document, record, and sign off on work performed and inspected.
