Incora is hiring a QA Product Inspector I to verify and document the inspection of purchased aircraft hardware, parts and tools in relation to customer PO requirements. You will assign pass/fail/reject statuses and ensure traceability per the Quality Plan.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in the industry, and familiarity with measurement tools and QA reporting. On-site role in Texas with competitive benefits and career growth at Incora.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years industry experience preferred.
• 3 months Wesco inspection training completed.
• Hands-on use of hardware measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools for productivity.

Responsabilités

• Pull orders that have been assembled, inspected and marked 'Final Inspection Required' and verify correct parts, lot numbers and quantities.
• If 'Testing required', complete and attach 'Final Inspection - Skip Lot' form for testing.
• Verify testing, certification and documentation inspection and traceability have passed and are included in the shipment.
• Ensure packaging and labeling meet customer specifications to avoid delays.
• Notify QA Supervisor of all non-conforming products for corrective action.
