Job summary

Incora is seeking a Quality Product Inspector I to ensure accurate receiving, final inspection, verification and quality reporting of purchased aircraft hardware, parts and tools per customer quality plans. The role involves documenting conformance, traceability, and coordinating with QA for non-conformances.

You will use calipers, micrometers, ring and thread gages, optical comparators and Johnson gages, while leveraging Microsoft Office and AI tools to improve productivity and data integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years in industry preferred.
• Successful completion of 3 months Wesco inspection training and testing.
• Hands-on experience with hardware measuring devices is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Clear and accurate data entry and documentation skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and follow-through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders that have been assembled, inspected and marked “Final Inspection Required” and verify correct products, part numbers, lots, and quantities.
• If customer order marked “Testing required”, complete “Final Inspection – Skip Lot” form and return to conveyor for testing.
• Verify testing, certification and documentation inspection passed and are included in shipment.
• Ensure packaging and labeling meet customer specifications to avoid shipment delays.
• Notify QA Supervisor of non-conforming products or documentation for remediation before shipment.
