Jet Avion Corporation, located at HEICO's corporate headquarters in Hollywood, Florida, seeks a Group Product Manager to bridge the gap between the business unit and sales, while coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and quality. This role identifies and supports existing aircraft part sales and develops new opportunities.

The candidate will forecast demand, monitor sales by account, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet customer requirements and improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or program management, preferably in aerospace/defense.
• Strong collaboration with sales, engineering, and supply chain.

Responsabilités

• Manage interface between sales team and business unit, including forecasting and order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales by account and team member performance.
• Develop and maintain demand forecast with the sales team.
• Track evaluation package progress from delivery to customer purchase.
• Travel to customer locations to build relationships and meet expectations.
• Represent the company at industry events and shows to promote products.
• Coach and develop team members; enforce policies and safety.
