Job summary

Enstrom Helicopter Corporation is seeking a skilled Painter for the 1st shift in Menominee, MI. You will prepare, mask, sand, and finish helicopter surfaces, applying urethane finishes with HVLP spray systems and brushes. Prior aerospace or aviation finishing experience is a plus.

This is an on-site, full-time hourly role with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will read blueprints and paint schemes, adjust equipment, and ensure color accuracy and finish quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years automotive painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of spray, brush, and dip painting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces through masking, sanding, stripping, and related methods.
• Apply urethane finishes with spray guns and brushes.
• Read blueprints and paint scheme designs to ensure correct application.
• Maintain and adjust painting equipment for materials and tasks.
• Train others in painting methods and safety practices.
