Qualifications

• 0–2 years of paint experience in aviation, auto, RV, Marine or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vo-tech paint training preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Masking and taping aircraft parts to avoid overspray.
• Sanding primer and prepping surfaces for paint.
• Blowing and cleaning aircraft with thinner.
• Washing the paint booth and maintaining cleanliness.
• Applying all layers of paint including top coat.
• Layout stripe and design schemes on aircraft.
• Prep and scuff paint to ready for trim.
• Re-masking aircraft and performing detail work.
• Inspect completed paint jobs for quality.
• Paint mixing and paint matching as needed.
• Communicate clearly in English with team and supervisors.
