Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2pm-12am with shift incentives including a 10%-15% premium, paid lunch, and 3-day weekends. Opportunities to transfer to 1st shift are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding and mixing ratios from PDS Sheets.
• Spraying Single Stage, Basecoat, Clearcoat, Primer, Anti-static, and Sealers.
• Adjusting spray guns for different materials.
• Passing Respirator Fit Test and Medical Evaluation.
• Maintaining, cleaning, and repairing shop facilities and equipment.
• Operating shop equipment like paint booths and prep decks safely.
• Using basic computer skills for training, manuals, databases, and color matching.
• Communicating effectively in English.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
• Traveling to customer hangars for painting tasks as needed.
