West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking a Paint Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3pm-1am) in Grand Junction, Colorado. You will paint aircraft, mix paints, and help with stripe designs and layout.

The job includes masking, sanding, and quality checks in a heated hangar environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read and communicate in English. Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; Vo-tech in paint preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license for airline travel and/or passport ideal.

Mansioni

• Masking and taping aircraft parts to avoid overspray.
• Sand primer.
• Blowing and cleaning aircraft with thinner.
• Washing the paint booth.
• Applying all layers of paint including top coat.
• Laying out stripe and design schemes.
• Prep and scuff paint for trim.
