GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is an aerospace staffing company specializing in temporary and permanent staffing for general and technical positions in the aviation and aerospace industry.

As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in all phases of aircraft painting while maintaining compliance with all safety, company, federal, state, and local regulations.

We have 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts available. Training will take place on the day shift.

Incentive Pay

• 2nd shift - 4pm - 2:30am (Monday - Thursday) Includes 10% incentive premium pay
  • 3 day weekend
• Weekends - 6am - 7:30pm (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Includes 12% incentive premium pay
  • 3 day work week

Responsibilities of this position include:

• Applies sealer and masks the aircraft using tapes and paper products (to protect windows, seals, struts, cables, etc.) in preparation for the stripping, priming, and painting processes
• Cleaning and sanding in preparation for the stripping, priming, and painting processes
• Applies etch and anti-corrosion coating to aircraft and rinsing
• Applies paint to the aircraft interior and exterior surfaces
• Polishing and detailing exterior paint
• Fabricate stencils, mix paints, layout and apply stripes, layout and apply insignias
• Other duties as assigned.
