Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Paint or Paint Prep preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/engineering docs will help performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute paint preparation processes including masking, sanding, and surface prep/cleaning.
• Track jobs and complete layout, markings, and final detailing.
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with industry standards.
• Manage time and workflow in own work area with direction.
• Maintain a safe, organized, FOD-free work area with lean principles.
• Work with hazardous chemicals, resins, and fiberglass (PPE provided).
• Other duties as assigned.
