Job summary

Mountain Air Cargo is seeking an experienced MRO Business Manager to oversee the active commercial operations of the Repair Station. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager, driving strategic planning, profitability and customer relations for on-site and off-site support.

Responsibilities include coordinating with leadership, preparing quotes, overseeing facilities and IT equipment, negotiating contracts, and ensuring safety and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (5) year or more of MRO management experience.
• Knowledge of aircraft, accessories, components, fasteners, and other hardware.

Responsibilities

• Assists the COO and General Manager in the support and operations of the company.
• Interfaces with customers on an ongoing basis for business and financial aspects.
• Assists in the preparation of Customer quotes and schedules as required.
• Oversees the maintenance and repair of the Repair Station facilities and IT equipment.
• Negotiate various contracts and agreements, using experience and judgment to determine what should be included in each document.
• Assist in basic Work Order audit functions for budgetary use in the operation of the Repair Station.
• Monitor revenues and expenses to ensure compliance with any established budget.
• Assist in the oversight that all personnel are operating in a safe environment.
• Guide and/or direct and/or assist with any Legal Matters (Corporate or Liability).
• Performs any task as may be delegated by management to assist in the function of the Company.
