Job summary

M1 Support Services, headquartered in Westlake, Texas, is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and component installation at Sheppard AFB, TX. Applicants should have aircraft systems knowledge and the ability to interpret schematics and technical publications.

This role requires compliance with FOD, safety, and environmental programs. The position offers full-time, third-shift work, with opportunities to support aircraft movement and maintain detailed maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized courses are a plus.
• 18 months of general aircraft maintenance experience required, or 1 year in past 3 years with a relevant course.
• Valid driver’s license required for flight line driving privileges.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and component removal/installation as per directives.
• Conduct inspections, servicing, and engine removal/installation while complying with safety and environmental programs.
• Operate ground support equipment and document discrepancies prior to use.
