Job summary

Yulista Holding LLC is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic III to inspect and maintain airframes, powerplants, prop rotors, ECS, fuels, and related components for CV-22 and other fixed-wing or rotary aircraft.

The role involves heavy maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and on-the-job training for active‑duty technicians, with duties including flight line towing and compliance with IETM procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years continuous aircraft maintenance in an aircraft mechanical specialty on any fixed-wing or rotary aircraft.
• Three years of CV or V-22 experience.
• Prior CV-22 Air Force 7 level or Red X qualified, or prior USMC CDI qualification.
• Extensive working knowledge using technical publications, bulletins, diagrams, ground support equipment, and precision tools per IETM.
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
• Requires government security clearance; US Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain airframes, powerplants, prop rotors, ECS, fuels, and associated components.
• Perform preflight, post-flight, and phase inspections; inspect and maintain systems, fuel, flight controls, prop rotor, utility, and power plants.
• Perform heavy maintenance including engine, PRGB, Hub removal and replacement.
• Perform acceptance inspections of critical flight control components after rework or receipt from manufacturer; aircraft acceptance and transfer inspections.
• Perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance of CV-22 aircraft.
• Perform complex system/sub-system troubleshooting.
• Complete O&I-level aircraft modifications/time compliance technical orders and one-time inspections.
• Provide on-the-job training and document training for active-duty technicians.
• Perform flight line driving/towing of aircraft/equipment.
• Additional duties as required.

• Perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance of CV-22 aircraft.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have direct reports.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Seven years of continuous aircraft maintenance background/experience in an Aircraft Mechanical specialty on any fixed-wing or rotary aircraft
• Three years of CV-22 experience
• Prior APU and Blade Fold Wing Stow qualification
• Aircraft Tow qualified
• Refuel/Defuel qualified.
• Experience with tugs, forklifts, and cranes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years continuous aircraft maintenance in an aircraft mechanical specialty on any fixed-wing or rotary aircraft
• Prior CV-22 Air Force 7 level or Red X qualified, or prior USMC CDI qualification.
• Three years of CV or V-22 experience or one year of documented recent (within the past three years) experience on the CV or V-22
• Extensive working knowledge using technical publications, bulletins, diagrams, ground support equipment, and precision tools in accordance with the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM)
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening
• This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration
