Job description

This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft

We are seeking experienced Aircraft Electricians to support on-site modification, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of aircraft electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform aircraft electrical modifications including wire routing and system component installation.

• Execute complex connector terminations including shielded wire, coaxial cables, and fiber optics.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and wire diagrams.

• Perform sealing, bonding, wrapping, and tying of harnesses and cables.

• Conduct assembly, installation, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.

• Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions on the bench or flight line.

• Handle material/tools responsibly and maintain adherence to safety and FOD procedures.

• Support team collaboration by assisting other disciplines (General Mechanics, Structures, Avionics).

• Lead and mentor less experienced team members as required.

• Perform weekly inventory, quality inspections, and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Basic Qualifications (Required):

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience performing aircraft electrical assembly, modification, and repair.

• Proficient in electrical/electronic theory and able to apply this to aircraft systems.

• Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

• Familiarity with Lock Out / Tag Out and hazardous energy procedures.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must pass pre-assignment training and adhere to company tooling/FOD procedures.
