We are seeking experienced Aircraft Electricians to support on-site modification, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of aircraft electrical systems.
Perform aircraft electrical modifications including wire routing and system component installation.
Execute complex connector terminations including shielded wire, coaxial cables, and fiber optics.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and wire diagrams.
Perform sealing, bonding, wrapping, and tying of harnesses and cables.
Conduct assembly, installation, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions on the bench or flight line.
Handle material/tools responsibly and maintain adherence to safety and FOD procedures.
Support team collaboration by assisting other disciplines (General Mechanics, Structures, Avionics).
Lead and mentor less experienced team members as required.
Perform weekly inventory, quality inspections, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience performing aircraft electrical assembly, modification, and repair.
Proficient in electrical/electronic theory and able to apply this to aircraft systems.
Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Familiarity with Lock Out / Tag Out and hazardous energy procedures.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must pass pre-assignment training and adhere to company tooling/FOD procedures.
