Job summary

Y-Tech Services Inc is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic I to inspect, troubleshoot, rig, repair and modify aircraft structures, systems and components of moderate difficulty. The role requires thorough knowledge of C-130J/H aircraft systems including hydraulics, structures, engines, and electrical systems, with the ability to read manuals and data to determine repair methods.

You may work first, second, or third shift.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical components; troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and replace parts.
• Experience performing inspections (hourly, special, or calendar).
• Able to read maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and engineering data.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot malfunctions, rig, repair and modify aircraft structures/systems.
• Read manuals and data to determine repair methods and feasibility.
• Maintain and repair components incl. landing gear, hydraulics, engines and electrical systems.
• Work shifts may include first, second, or third shift as required.
