  • Troubleshoot & Repair: Quickly identify mechanical issues—whether a hydraulic leak or an avionics glitch—and implement corrective actions to minimize aircraft downtime.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company maintenance standards, documenting all work accurately.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work alongside peers, inspectors, and maintenance controllers to maintain a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain Records: Meticulously log maintenance activities, parts usage, and safety checks to support future troubleshooting and regulatory audits.

  • U.S. Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • U.S. Passport (or Ability to Obtain Within 90 Days): Travel privileges kick in after a quick turnaround.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You can speak, read, and write English well enough to follow technical manuals—and share a good mechanic’s joke in the break room.
  • Passion for Safety: You treat PPE (respirators, eye and hearing protection) like your most trusted tools—because nothing’s more important than a safe hangar.
