As an A&P Aircraft Mechanic with Inspection Authorization, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and performance of general aviation aircraft. This role is perfect for experienced aviation professionals passionate about maintenance and ready to make a lasting impact with a quality-driven, innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on general aviation aircraft.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and avionics systems.
  • Repair engines, propellers, and landing gear following FAA regulations.
  • Ensure aircraft airworthiness prior to release.
  • Document maintenance tasks per FAA guidelines.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe workspace.
  • Collaborate with mechanics and staff for seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • FAA-accredited technical program graduate (1,900+ class hours).
  • FAA-certified A&P mechanic with 3-5 years of General Aviation experience (Cirrus experience preferred).
  • Knowledgeable in aircraft systems, components, and mechanical testing.
  • Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • Physically capable of standing, kneeling, lifting up to 70 lbs, and working at heights.
