On Call Aviation is seeking a motivated FAA-certificated Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic to join our growing aviation maintenance team at John C. Tune Airport in Nashville.
This position is ideal for an A&P who enjoys hands‑on aviation maintenance and wants the opportunity to work on a variety of aircraft.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, pays attention to detail, and understands that providing excellent aircraft maintenance also means providing excellent service to the aircraft owner.
Newly certificated and entry‑level A&P mechanics are encouraged to apply. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, good mechanical aptitude, and a desire to build a career in general aviation maintenance.
The position requires the ability to perform normal aircraft maintenance activities, including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, working underneath and inside aircraft, using hand and power tools, and lifting aircraft components, equipment, and supplies as reasonably required for the position.
At On Call Aviation, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a growing general aviation maintenance operation where you can gain experience across multiple aircraft types rather than performing the same task every day.
We’re looking for more than someone who can turn a wrench. We want someone who is dependable, professional, willing to learn, and takes ownership of the quality of their work.
Our goal is to provide aircraft owners with maintenance that is:
