BeneluxTek Group Inc. (Aerospace Division) in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal / Structures Mechanic to support commercial aircraft maintenance, repairs, and modifications in an MRO environment.

The role focuses on structural repairs, drilling, riveting, and interpretation of SRM/engineering documents, with Boeing 737 and/or 777 experience preferred. The ideal candidate will work from provided data, read engineering drawings, and perform layout, installation, and finishing of

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of aircraft sheet metal/structures experience.
• Experience reading SRM, engineering drawings, and service bulletins.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft sheet metal and structural repairs, removals, installations, modifications, and fabrication tasks in accordance with approved data.
• Read and interpret Structural Repair Manual (SRM), engineering drawings, blueprints, task cards, service bulletins, and customer work instructions.
• Layout, drill, countersink, ream, fit, install, and finish aircraft structural components and fasteners.
• Repair or replace skins, doublers, brackets, frames, stringers, panels, doors, fairings, and other structural assemblies.
• Use precision measuring tools, hand tools, pneumatic tools, and shop equipment safely and accurately.
• Complete required documentation and coordinate with Quality/Inspection for buyback and conformity requirements.
• Maintain FOD prevention, tool control, housekeeping, and safe work practices around aircraft and shop areas.

Our client is a recognized aviation, aerospace, airline, manufacturing, or MRO organizationsupporting aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, production, linemaintenance, and/or airworthiness operations.

Requirements

• CommercialMRO, heavy maintenance, or aircraft modification experience strongly preferred.
• Experience onB737 and/or B777 aircraft preferred; other commercial transport-categoryaircraft experience may be considered.
• Ability toread SRM, engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions inEnglish.
• Experiencewith layout, drilling, riveting, fastener installation/removal, corrosionrepair, and structural rework.
• A&Plicense preferred but not mandatory where client requirements allow.
• Must be ableto work at heights, in confined areas, and around aircraft in a productionenvironment.
• Must providetools as required by the client/tool listing.
