Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
• Minimum 2 years regional or mainline aircraft maintenance experience and training.
• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to teach GoJet policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Instruct maintenance technicians and ramp personnel in the GoJet training curriculum, including PC skills.
• Maintain training data entry and tracking systems and ensure data integrity.
• Read, understand, and present technical publications, regulations, and procedures in training.
• Communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization.
• Develop engaging training materials and update content as needed.
• Travel as required to deliver training across the U.S. and Canada.
