Job summary

Bombardier in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Training Coach for Aircraft Maintenance. You will lead hands-on technical training and coordinate on-the-job and just-in-time sessions across our network training facilities.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of corporate aviation experience, and an A&P license is preferred. Experience with Bombardier’s aviation product lines is a plus. You will help develop staff, troubleshoot training issues and implement innovative learning methods.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years corporate aviation work experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
• A&P license - preferred.
• Bombardier corporate aviation product line experience - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on Technical Training
• Facilitate on the job training and just in time training
• Assist in establishing a culture of learning within the network training facilities
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in troubleshooting training issues and problems for assigned site(s)
• Proficiency in performing Knowledge Skill Assessment
• Coordinate with management team to address and resolve training-related issues for assigned site(s)
• Facilitate Aircraft Specific classroom instruction
• Implement new and creative training methods to improve products, processes, tools and services of the team
• Implement, and monitor solutions to address a problem or situation effectively and efficiently
• Assist with Learning Advisor key tasks as needed
