Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Dallas is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Training Coach to lead hands-on technical training on the shop floor, conduct Knowledge Skill Assessments, and drive learning across multiple training facilities at the Dallas Service Center.

The role emphasizes on-site training delivery, coordination with site management, and continuous improvement of training methods and tools to enhance aircraft maintenance capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years corporate aviation work experience or substantiated equivalent
Experience facilitating hands-on technical training on a shop floor
Ability to perform Knowledge Skill Assessments
Strong troubleshooting and coaching skills

Responsibilities

Facilitate hands-on Technical Training
Facilitate on the job training and just in time training
Assist in establishing a culture of learning within the network training facilities
Provide technical guidance and expertise in troubleshooting training issues
Coordinate with management to address training-related issues
Facilitate Aircraft Specific classroom instruction
Implement new training methods to improve products, processes, tools and services
Assist with Learning Advisor key tasks as needed
