Job summary

Wayne Farms seeks a Tech II, Aircraft Maintenance responsible for independent maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure airworthiness of the company fleet. The role applies comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems and adheres to FAA regulations and safety requirements.

The position provides technical assistance and training to less experienced technicians, contributing to continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance and high safety

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing aircraft systems.
• Experience in MRO, airline, charter, corporate aviation, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, tests, component replacements, and repairs per FAA regulations and manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues, escalating when necessary to Senior Technicians.
• Conduct inspections and determine appropriate maintenance actions within procedures.
• Complete FAA maintenance documentation, log entries, and corrective actions accurately.
• Provide technical guidance and training to less experienced technicians and contribute to process improvements.
