Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Tech II, Aircraft Maintenance to independently perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on the company's fleet, ensuring airworthiness and regulatory compliance.

You will diagnose complex issues, provide guidance to less experienced technicians, and contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to FAA regulations and OEM specifications.

Qualifications

• Must have FAA maintenance knowledge and ability to read maintenance manuals.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance or related MRO environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Aircraft Maintenance & Repair: perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, tests, replacements, and repairs per FAA and manufacturer specs.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: diagnose and resolve failures using manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools; escalate when needed.
• Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: complete FAA logs, records, and compliance documentation per rules.
• Training & Continuous Improvement: mentor less experienced technicians and contribute to process improvements.
