Qualifications

• Minimum four years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing aircraft systems independently.
• Experience in an MRO, airline, charter, corporate aviation or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and inspections per FAA and manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues; escalate when needed.
• Complete FAA maintenance documentation and log entries.
• Provide training to less experienced technicians.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within assigned areas.
