Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician in Grand Junction, CO. You will perform mechanical work across various aircraft systems, trouble-shoot, inspect and repair components, and support engine and panel activities in a hangar environment.

The role requires an AMT license (Airframe or Powerplant) and 0-6+ years of aviation maintenance experience. Excellent teamwork and commitment to safety are essential; benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license or passport preferred.
• Airframe or Powerplant license required; Airframe license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Remove and install panels and components.
• Troubleshoot aircraft system and component issues.
• De-fuel aircraft.
• Perform engine removals and installations.
• Operate ground support equipment.
• Inspect and evaluate aircraft and components.
• Communicate clearly in English.
