PSA Airlines is immediately seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our Dayton, OH team.

The Supervisor of Maintenance impacts PSA's safety by supervising all personnel on shift, ensuring proper execution of maintenance updates, and aircraft readiness for release. They promote a safe and compliant work environment, ensure subordinate compliance, and schedule coverage during maintenance. Responsibilities include preparing reports for delays, cancellations, irregularities, signing maintenance releases, and potentially assuming full responsibility for aircraft during checks. They coordinate operational planning, liaise with other departments, maintain tool inventories, and oversee airworthiness during maintenance activities. The supervisor also provides consultation on maintenance, supervises the Lead Mechanic, and manages safety and security systems.

PSA Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification
• 3+ years of Part 121 Air Carrier or relevant Military maintenance experience
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport within 90 days
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Comfortable supervising union workers in a non-union role
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
