Job summary

Responsibilities include compiling production data from government information systems, reporting status and material usage, maintaining technical data libraries, and preparing reports to support management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience as an intermediate level Production Control Clerk, PC Analyst, or Technical Publications/Technical Orders Librarian.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and distributes work orders, tracking the progress of repairs, and conferring with supervisors to ensure timely completion of maintenance on vital equipment.
• Compile and record critical production data from various information systems to report on maintenance volume, material consumption, and inventory levels.
• Ability to compile information and prepare reports pertaining to aircraft status.
• Maintains technical data libraries, preparing work requests, and managing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Will compile detailed reports and charts that provide essential data for management, ensuring the operational readiness of all support equipment.
• Other duties as assigned
