Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Aguadilla, PR is seeking a Maintenance Planning Associate to support the Planning Team in daily tasks and coordinate aircraft maintenance activities.

You will prepare job cards, schedules, and documentation, working with customers, Production, PED, and internal teams to keep work organized and on schedule. Under supervision, you will help track progress, assist with process improvements, and support revisions to job cards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of two years in aircraft maintenance/design/manufacturing.
• Professional training in aircraft maintenance with at least three years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating manhours, materials, tools, and turnaround time for maintenance events.
• Review customer work packages, EO, and special tasks.
• Evaluate access requirements and maintenance data for jobs.
• Plan and schedule maintenance events and forecast defects for efficiency.
• Prepare and update job cards, schedules, and related docs.
• Support capacity/workload planning and set milestones for the team.
• Clarify technical issues with customers and other parties.
• Translate customer/OEM docs into accurate job cards.
