What You’ll Do:

• Oversee aircraft maintenance lines, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, customer, and internal standards.
• Lead and support maintenance teams, ensuring safety, quality, and performance.
• Coordinate closely with Quality Control.
• Manage aircraft projects from start to finish, including return to service.
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• A&P license (Airframe or A&P required).
• 5+ years of recent commercial aircraft or MRO experience.
• 3+ years of leadership in maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $92,000–$130,000+ with bonus potential.
