Job summary

UPS is seeking a Line Maintenance Supervisor to oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of UPS aircraft. You will assign workload, verify plans and parts/tools availability, ensure FAA compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to complete maintenance on time.

The role monitors AMT performance, reduces downtime, and ensures AMTs are fully trained to meet targets. Responsibilities include monitoring AMT performance, developing efficient maintenance processes, supporting status

Qualifications

• Must hold an Airframe and Power Plant license.
• Minimum of five (5) years heavy jet maintenance experience with Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience supervising Flight Line Maintenance employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitors performance of line maintenance AMTs and ensures compliant, efficient execution of maintenance.
• Develops new processes for safe and efficient aircraft maintenance and supports status reporting.
• Maintains training, gateways, and environmental compliance; travel required (50% monthly).
