Job summary

This role requires hands‑on aircraft maintenance experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and ideally an Associate degree in aviation or a related field; training will emphasize safety, records, and practical skill development in a classroom and hangar environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate practical skills used by A&P mechanics and aviation technicians.
• Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and student progress records.
• Support curriculum updates and collaborate with program leadership.
• Create a structured, engaging, and safety-focused learning environment.
