Job summary

QWEST Helicopters in Columbia, SC is seeking Aircraft Maintenance Engineers with strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Must hold a Canadian AME M1 or M2 license, ACA, and a Canadian driver’s license.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, self-managed and able to adapt to varying weather and schedules, with willingness to work on B206, AS350, AS365 and B205 helicopters. Most maintenance occurs in the main hangar; tours negotiable.

Qualifications

• Valid AME M1 or M2 license.
• ACA certification required.
• Valid Canadian driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on helicopters (B206, AS350, AS365, B205) as directed by AME standards.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance during all maintenance.
• Maintenance primarily conducted in the main hangar; tours negotiable.
• Self-manage workload and meet deadlines in a high-stress environment.
