Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI) is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Analyst (AMA) to provide expert support for Traxxall subscribers, ensuring maintenance data accuracy and operational goals are met.

You will leverage real-world aircraft maintenance knowledge to guide customers, identify issues, and collaborate with sales, product, and onboarding teams to improve the customer experience and safety of operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance or related role.
• Experience with maintenance management software and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers, guiding real-world maintenance and compliance use cases.
• Leverage hands-on maintenance experience to advise on best practices and product value.
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure long-term adoption and satisfaction.
• Monitor customer data to track usage, performance, and compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and onboarding teams to enhance communication and experience.
• Gather feedback to drive product improvements and feature refinements.
