The Government and Program Development Manager’s main responsibilities are to develop and underwrite government tenders and to develop new and maintain current HCM programs. The Manager will have the Senior Product Manager report directly to them to assure the proper implementation of new and current programs. This individual is required to provide critical support to the Sales team and understand the market needs to determine which programs we would like to develop. The Manager will work to increase the program pricing accuracy by assisting in data analytic reviews and comparing actual JSSI cost with projected costs as well as assist in developing the annual escalation increases for each airframe, engine, and APU model. The position is required to provide cross‑functional support for the Aircraft Underwriters with pricing, modeling, and projects as necessary. They will also need to produce and update SOP manuals as necessary.

For this role, the annual base pay generally ranges from $135,000 to $145,000, with the final offer determined by variable factors including but not limited to market location, job‑specific knowledge, skills, education, and experience. In addition, your total rewards package may include an annual discretionary bonus plan, incentive or sales bonus plan, or other form of additional compensation, based on your role.
