Job summary

Amentum in Fallon, NV is seeking an Aircraft Logs & Records Clerk to manage aircraft logbooks and records in a maintenance environment. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of aviation clerical experience and be knowledgeable in automated management information systems.

Qualifications

• Must have two (2) years of aviation clerical experience in maintaining aircraft logbooks.
• Satisfactory completion of U.S. Armed Forces Logs and Records courses required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance.
• Experience with automated management information systems is highly desired.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aircraft logbooks and records as required by customer.
• Draft and submit management and inventory reporting system reports.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as assigned.
• Monitor aircraft configuration status and verify reports.
• Provide technical assistance and instruction as required.

Skills

Aviation clerical experience

Experience with OOMA, NALCOMIS

Typing speed 35 wpm
