Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a Load Planner Specialist to create and optimize loading plans for aircraft, ensuring safe and efficient cargo and baggage handling. You will coordinate with ground operations, cargo, and ramp teams, analyze load data, and ensure compliance with aviation safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in load planning or related aviation duties, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in load planning, cargo handling, or a related role within the aviation industry.
• Familiarity with load planning software, weight and balance calculations, and aviation safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize load plans for aircraft, ensuring maximum capacity utilization and balance.
• Coordinate with ground operations, cargo, and ramp teams to ensure accurate and timely loading of aircraft.
• Monitor cargo weight distribution to maintain aircraft safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of load plans for each flight.
• Provide guidance and training to ground handling teams on load planning procedures.
• Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to cargo loading.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and weight and balance requirements.
