Job summary

Guardian Flight, LLC is hiring an Aircraft Line Service Technician in Honolulu, HI. This full-time position involves fueling aircraft, providing excellent customer service, and supporting safe, efficient aviation operations for patient transport services.

Qualifications

• Valid State issued CDL Driver's license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to respond to after-hours fuel service requests.
• Ability to obtain FAA Approved Fuel Safety Training Certification.
• FAA approved online course is provided by Guardian.
• Hands-on fire extinguisher training.
• Must be acceptable in accordance with the drug and alcohol testing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, high level customer service.
• Process and record financial transactions including contract fuel, credit cards, and cash.
• Refuel aircraft using aviation refueling truck while following safety protocols.
• Perform and record daily, monthly, and annual fuel quality inspections on fueling assets.
• Coordinate Ground Power, Tie Down, and other customer requests.
• Maintain competency as an aircraft fueler.
• Coordinate servicing of FBO courtesy vehicles, company vehicles, and fuel trucks.
• Light building maintenance.
• Ensure FBO cleanliness.
