Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA is seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee the interior completion of aircraft, including sub-assemblies, avionics, and mechanics across production sites. You will ensure compliance with customer, engineering, and FAA specifications while coordinating recruitment, training, performance reviews, and staffing decisions.

The role requires leadership capability to meet tight schedules, resolve complex issues, and manage personnel decisions while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or aircraft maintenance, modification, repair, and/or overhaul operations.
• Experience in leading a team to meet critical schedules and resolve complex and/or time-sensitive technical or operational issues
• Ability to obtain required Security Clearances for projects.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the interior completion of aircraft including sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and production sites.
• Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met.
• Coordinates subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
