Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in construction related field.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are completed safely and on time to protect customers and team members.
• Evaluate and repair facilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, and roads; coordinate with subcontractors as needed.
• Assist in strategic planning and execution of new constructions and architectural activities.
• Inspect building and grounds; identify maintenance and safety issues and implement corrective actions.
