About the Role

Our client is seeking a proficient Aircraft Ground Support Equipment Technician to join their operations in Welkom . This role is vital for maintaining the efficiency and safety of ground operations by ensuring all ground support equipment (GSE) is in optimal working condition. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a wide range of GSE, including tugs, loaders, GPUs, and de-icing equipment. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic skills, and a commitment to safety protocols within the aviation environment. You will work as part of a dedicated team supporting aircraft turnarounds and ensuring smooth airport operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative servicing on all ground support equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of GSE.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure all equipment meets operational and regulatory standards.
