Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; aviation operations certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation ground operations or airport management.
• Proven experience in leading and supervising teams in a demanding operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft ground handling procedures and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

About the Role

This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely turnaround of aircraft on the ground. You will be responsible for managing a team of ground crew, overseeing all ground handling activities including baggage handling, aircraft marshalling, and passenger services, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
