Job summary

Martin Management Group is seeking a Full-Time Aviation Line Service Technician for our Co-Mar Aviation location. The role includes marshalling, fueling, towing, aircraft preparation, and providing courteous customer service to pilots while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, handling ground service tasks, and supporting Customer Service Representatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation or customer service preferred.
• Must read and follow instructions and information.
• Current valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Marshal, park, fuel, tow, hangar store and tie down aircraft.
• Prepare aircraft including cleaning, lavatory service, ground power, de-icing and preheating.
• Operate forklift to load and unload freight.
• Provide courtesy and professional services (coffee, shuttle, rental car, hotel arrangements).
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility and grounds; assist with mowing and landscaping.
