Responsibilities

Read and interpret prints, charts, and work instructions.
Use precision measuring tools and shop math for assemblies and tests.
Assemble components into sub-assemblies using correct tooling.
Verify work against instructions and specifications; flag discrepancies.
Maintain tool and equipment certifications as required.
Conduct routine minor machine maintenance per procedures.
Move products within the manufacturing area using approved equipment.
Adhere to schedules and support continuous flow of production.
Assist and train peers across classifications; contribute to team performance.
Cross-train in inspection; operate CNC/3-axis equipment as needed.
Perform multiple specialty assembly tasks, including sealer work and pressure testing.
